Terms of Service

Read before you buy. By completing a purchase on this platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About GXS Vault

GXS Vault is an independent, solo-operated digital store. The platform sells verified gaming accounts, AI & premium tool subscriptions, and digital access products.

GXS Vault operates under its own name and is not a registered company, corporation, or legal entity at this time. All transactions are managed directly by the Founder.

Brand independence disclaimer. GXS Vault shares the "GXS" brand name with other independent services (including GXS Top-Ups). These are entirely separate operations. GXS Vault has no legal or financial relationship with any other GXS-branded service. We accept no responsibility for issues arising from third-party GXS affiliates, including Top-Up services. All disputes, refunds, and support relating to other GXS services must be directed to those services directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register an account or make a purchase. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you may not use this platform under any circumstances.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration.
Not share your account with other people.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

GXS Vault is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Products & what we sell

GXS Vault currently offers the following digital product categories:

Gaming Accounts — High-level, ranked, and full-access accounts for Clash Royale, eFootball, and Brawl Stars. Accounts are sourced through personal creation and verified digital arbitrage with trusted third parties.
AI & Premium Tools — Subscription access to ChatGPT Plus, Midjourney, and Canva Pro.
Subscriptions — Streaming access (Netflix, Spotify) and software licenses.
The Key Vault (coming soon) — Automated delivery of Steam and Epic Games keys.

All products are digital goods. No physical items are shipped. Every listing is manually reviewed before going live.

5. Pricing & currency

All prices are displayed in Euro (€ EUR) only. Prices are inclusive — there are no hidden fees added at checkout beyond what is displayed on the product listing. Crypto payments are converted at the live exchange rate at the time of payment via NOWPayments.

6. Payments

Payments are accepted via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments (supporting 200+ coins including USDT, BTC, ETH). A manual/test payment option is available for authorised use. Orders are not released until blockchain payment confirmation is received. GXS Vault does not store any payment credentials.

All sales are final. GXS Vault does not issue monetary refunds. Where a verified delivery failure or material product discrepancy is confirmed under the terms of our Refund Policy, resolution is issued exclusively as GXS Store Credit — a non-monetary balance credited to your account equal to the eligible purchase amount, redeemable against future orders. Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency. Full conditions are detailed in the Refund Policy.

7. Delivery

Approximately 90% of orders are fulfilled instantly and automatically after payment confirmation. High-tier gaming accounts may require a manual security transfer, which is completed within the timeframe stated on the product listing.

Purchased assets are delivered to:

Your Customer Dashboard on this platform.
Your registered email address via automated confirmation.

It is your responsibility to check both locations and to act within the timeframes stated in this agreement and the refund policy.

8. Buyer responsibilities — platform compatibility

You are solely responsible for verifying platform compatibility before purchasing. Every product listing clearly states the compatible platform (iOS, Android, PC, region, etc.). GXS Vault will not issue refunds or replacements for any purchase made for the wrong device platform, operating system, or account region. This includes but is not limited to: buying an Android account when you play on iOS, buying an account for a region incompatible with your device, or purchasing a subscription plan not supported in your country. No exceptions will be made.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read the product description in full and that the product is compatible with your platform and region.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Resell or redistribute purchased digital assets without authorisation.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate any part of the platform.
Circumvent security measures or exploit payment flows.
Submit false or misleading information during registration or checkout.
Attempt chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
Violate the Terms of Service of any game, platform, or service whose accounts or subscriptions are sold here.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from the platform.

10. Geographic restrictions

GXS Vault sells globally. Sales to individuals in sanctioned countries or regions under applicable international sanctions law (EU, UN, OFAC) are prohibited. By purchasing, you confirm you are not located in a sanctioned region.

11. Intellectual property

All GXS and GXS Vault branding, site design, and content is owned by the Founder. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. Nothing on this platform transfers intellectual property rights to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GXS Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, or restrictions applied by third-party platforms (game publishers, streaming services, software providers) to accounts or subscriptions after delivery, especially where caused by buyer actions.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee ongoing availability of any third-party service, game, or platform whose products are sold here.

14. Governing law & compliance

These Terms are governed by applicable Albanian law (including Albanian Law No. 124/2024 on personal data protection, aligned with GDPR principles) and applicable European Union regulations where relevant. Any disputes will be handled in good faith directly between you and the Founder before any escalation.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The effective date shown at the top will change when updates are made. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
