Buying on GXS
You can browse for free without an account. To complete a purchase you'll need to register — it takes under a minute and unlocks your order history and dashboard.
Yes. Every product on GXS is manually reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check account authenticity, subscription validity, and seller track record before approving any listing.
Use the search bar in the navigation, or browse by category — Gaming Accounts, AI & Tools, and Subscriptions are all filterable from the Products page.
Yes. Add as many items as you want to your cart and check out in a single transaction. Your cart persists across sessions.
Payments
GXS currently supports crypto payments via NOWPayments (USDT, BTC, ETH and 200+ coins). Card payments are coming soon. For testing purposes, a "Manual / Test Payment" option is also available during checkout.
No. GXS never stores raw payment credentials. Crypto payments are processed directly via NOWPayments' hosted checkout — your wallet details never touch our servers.
Prices are shown in EUR. Crypto payments are converted at the live exchange rate at the time of checkout via NOWPayments.
Crypto payments
Over 200 coins are supported through NOWPayments, including USDT (TRC-20 & ERC-20), BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, and more. The full list is shown at checkout.
Confirmation time depends on the network. USDT TRC-20 typically confirms in 1–3 minutes. Bitcoin can take 10–60 minutes. Your order page will poll automatically and update when confirmed — you don't need to refresh.
If you send less than required, the payment will be marked as "partially paid" and your order won't complete. Contact support immediately with your transaction hash and we'll resolve it manually.
Blockchain transactions are publicly visible on-chain, but GXS only records your order details (not your wallet address) in our system. We do not share transaction data with third parties.
Delivery
Digital assets are delivered to your account dashboard immediately after payment confirmation. For crypto, this happens automatically once the on-chain transaction is confirmed.
Log in and go to My Dashboard — all orders with their status and delivery details are listed there. You'll also receive a confirmation email.
No. GXS is a digital-only marketplace. Everything is delivered electronically to your account. No physical shipping is involved.
Refunds & disputes
If a product doesn't match its listing description or fails to deliver, you're entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase via the contact form.
Approved crypto refunds are processed manually to your original wallet address within 3 business days. Exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund are not compensated.
If a purchased account is banned within 7 days of delivery for reasons attributable to the seller (pre-existing flags, false listing), we will replace or refund. Bans caused by buyer activity after delivery are not covered.
GXS account
Go to the login page, click "Forgot password", enter your email, and follow the link we send you. The link expires in 15 minutes.
Email changes are handled by support. Contact us with your current email and the new one you'd like to switch to, and we'll update it after verifying your identity.
Yes. We store only what's necessary to fulfil your orders. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Selling on GXS
We're in closed beta for sellers. Fill in the contact form with the subject "Become a seller", describe your inventory, and we'll reach out to onboard you.
Currently: Gaming Accounts, AI & Premium Tool subscriptions, and digital platform keys (streaming, software). Other categories are evaluated case-by-case.
Seller fees are disclosed during onboarding. GXS takes a percentage commission per sale. There are no listing fees or monthly costs.
